Project workflow, payments and operational records

Unless a proposal states otherwise, the standard professional-fee schedule is 30% after proposal acceptance and before work starts, 40% after approval of the intermediate stage reached at approximately 60% completion, and the final 30% after final approval. Approved project expenses are separate from the professional fee and may be added during the project. Any approved but unpaid expenses may be included in the next amount due or in the final balance.

Technical approval and payment confirmation are separate events. A later phase may remain locked until both the required approval and the administrator's manual payment confirmation are recorded. On Hold, Suspended, Resume, Cancelled, reactivation requests and Finished actions are recorded in the project timeline. Email notices, generated PDFs, portal actions and timeline entries are operational records of the project relationship. A reactivation request does not guarantee the restoration of previous prices, deadlines or availability.
